Shipping + Returns

Thank you for your patience as we navigate industry-wide delays due to COVID-19. Our team will keep you updated on your orders and estimated shipping times. Please know - delays are outside of our control and we're doing everything in our power to source you furniture and decor with reasonable lead times.

Shipping

In stock items are shipped via UPS Monday through Friday. We strive to fulfill orders promptly and ship in-stock items within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Rugs, lighting and artwork shipping times are outlined on individual product pages.

Please note that due to current COVID-19 shipping volumes, UPS is experiencing longer than usual processing and shipping times. 

RETURNS

Our design team has hand-selected all items on Stevie Collective for their quality. With that said, we understand the occasional return.

All returns must be initiated within 10 business days of receiving an item. Please contact us at support@steviecollective.com.

We encourage you to fully inspect items immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@steviecollective.com. Damage claims must be received via email within 5 business days of the item being delivered. 

To initiate a return, please contact support@steviecollective.com with your order number and the details of your return. 

Items must be in their unopened original packaging in new, resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Stevie Collective is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. 

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

All artwork is final sale.

All custom furniture is final sale.

Rugs, furniture (non-custom) and lighting will incur a 30% stocking fee to return.
