Shipping

In stock items are shipped via UPS Monday through Friday. We strive to fulfill orders promptly and ship in-stock items within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Rugs, lighting and artwork shipping times are outlined on individual product pages.

Please note that due to current COVID-19 shipping volumes, UPS is experiencing longer than usual processing and shipping times. 

RETURNS

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@steviecollective.com. Damage claims must be received via email within 5 business days of the item being delivered. 

To initiate a return, please contact support@steviecollective.com with your order number and the details of your return. 

Items  must be in their unopened original packaging in new, resellable condition. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your item.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Stevie Collective is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. 

An $8 restocking fee will apply to all returns and will be reflected in your refund. This restocking fee will be waived if you choose to receive store credit. 

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

All artwork is final sale. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified in any way.
